PORTS AMERICA CHESAPEAKE FOURTH OF JULY CELEBRATION ON SUNDAY, JULY 4
OBSERVE THE NATIONAL HOLIDAY WITH MUSIC AND A GREAT FIREWORKS SHOW
Commemorate Independence Day with spectacular fireworks and live music at the Ports America Chesapeake Fourth of July Celebration on Sunday, July 4 from 2-10pm. The Inner Amphitheater, located at Pratt and Light streets, will be home to great entertainment during the holiday weekend. Jazz band Lovecraft performs at 2pm followed by the United States Naval Academy Band Electric Brigade performing today’s music hits at 8pm. The multihued fireworks illuminate the Baltimore Inner Harbor skyline at 9:30pm. The Ports America Chesapeake Fourth of July Celebration is presented by Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, produced by the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts and made possible by title sponsor Ports America Chesapeake and supported by Harborplace & The Gallery, CLEAR, Baltimore Marriott Waterfront, Charm City Circulator, Cricket, Target and WJZ-13.
The annual fireworks show is produced by Pyrotecnico, America’s largest and most innovative fireworks display and special effects company. The fireworks display is choreographed to festive music for all ages. The show can be seen from Harbor East, Federal Hill, Fell’s Point, Canton and beyond. During the holiday weekend, visitors to the Baltimore Inner Harbor and surroundings areas are encouraged to ride the MTA Bus, Metro Subway and Light Rail.
